Ives has been the President of International Subrogation Management, a division of NorthShore International Insurance Services, Inc. As a community leader, Ives has held many volunteer positions including: current Member and Board Liaison to the LTHS Foundation Board Member, Lockport Rotary Club former President, Lockport Junior Miss Softball Board Rotary Club Liaison, LTHS Interact Club and former Head Coach, Lockport Prowl Fastpitch Softball. Ives, a Lockport resident since 2002, replaced board member Mike Petty, who resigned in May 2017.
